August 2011 Calendar

August 1 – Tom and Cindi as they follow where the Parkway Team has ministered.

August 2 – Eli Melvin as he visits family and friends in the states.

August 3 – Give thanks for your spiritual resources and pray that the Basotho team will always have what they need.

August 4 – Strong youth to rise up and carry on the message of purity through True Love Waits.

August 5 – Safe travel along snow and ice covered roads.

August 6 – 100 men in 100 villages in the Maluti mountain area to be trained to lead their own people to Jesus.

August 7 – Deception to be dissolved and for the Basotho to believe on the one who is TRUE.

August 8 – Our missionaries to have a continuing hunger and thirst for Him and His word.

August 9 – The team to give any and all anxious thoughts to God and rest in his peace. Phil 4:6-7

August 10 – The missionaries bodies be kept free of sickness and injury.

August 11 – The Melvin and Flora marriages to be kept strong and healthy.

August 12 – Justin and Korby as they continue disciplining efforts with their helper Thabang.

August 13 – Each member of the Basotho team to protect their personal time of prayer and meditation.

August 14 – Boldness of team members and those visiting “on mission” and acceptance among the Basotho.

August 15 – A bountiful harvest for the Basotho as the harvest season begins. That they will see God's loving provision through the harvest.

August 16 – A spirit of unity among the Basotho team, encouraging one another.

August 17 – That the team will listen for God's voice, hear it and follow. John 10:4

August 18 – Justin and Korby to be able to break down some language barriers.

August 19 – Summer helpers and a true inspiration and encouragement to the Basotho team - Perryton team, Parkway team, Luke Harding, Jim, Sara Jo, and Abby Flora, Allison and Julie, Jack and Caroline.

August 20 – Upcoming pastor / leader training of Mazenod Baptist Church.

August 21 – Happy Anniversary Jim and Teresa Flora, blessings on your 35 years of marriage.

August 22 – The teams families that are stateside, that the Holy Spirit will fill any void they feel.

August 23 – A special blessing today to come in material form for our missionaries, perhaps a card/letter, package and use this as a reminder that they like to receive things in the mail :)

August 24 – Upcoming revival at HaTsolo Baptist Church.

August 25 – Teresa Flora as she does her best to meet medical needs of the Basotho, pray for wisdom.

August 26 – Basotho women who may have recently been verbally, mentally, physically or sexually abused. Pray that they could find love in Jesus that is found in none other.

August 27 – Individuals and teams preparing to come in the coming months and years.

August 28 – Justin and Korby to get into villages more often, making more contacts.

August 29 – God to help our missionaries recognize their need for weekly rest away from ministry responsibilities. Mark 6:31

August 30 – Justin and Korby to be very productive in the months ahead, taking every opportunity.

August 31 – God to empower our missionaries to be healthy in mind, body and spirit.
