Most Basotho in the lowlands live in poverty. Shelter, clothing, food, and clean water are never taken for granted. Most live without electricity or indoor plumbing. Due to the worst drought in 30 years many Basotho will face starvation before the end of 2007. Pray for rain. Pray for organized relief programs that will help reduce hunger. Pray for an improved economy. Pray that the struggles of daily living lead Basotho to the Christ who can supply Hope |
