    With grateful thanks......

It hardly seems possible for our three year International Service Corp (ISC) term to be coming to an end. We are thankful for the leadership of the International Mission Board and the support of our Southern Baptist Churches through which we have been given the opportunity to serve the Lord in the lowlands of Lesotho. God has blessed, taught, and shown us much during this time and we are grateful. It has been very humbling to be a small part of the Lord’s work among the Basotho and we are forever changed by what we have seen, learned, and experienced.

You, our family, friends, and prayer supporters have meant more to us than you will ever know. Your love, support, prayers, and partnership in sharing the gospel have made you an important part of our team and we thank you.

2009 - Finishing up our three year term in Lesotho

 What now....

We will spend the next six months sharing what God has been doing among the Basotho and international missions in general with many churches in Virginia and North Carolina. We will also be completing the mission process for long term status with the IMB and pending appointment in November, have plans to return to Lesotho in early 2010. Zachary will settle in at Liberty U. and Eli will attend the first semester of 10th grade at Dinwiddie High School in VA.

Thank you for sharing this journey with us. We look forward to seeing many of you very soon.

Love,

Tom, Cindi, Zachary, and Eli

Pray for Zachary as he must quickly prepare for his freshman year of college at Liberty University after we arrive in the U.S.

Pray for Eli as he adjusts and prepares to attend an American high school for the first time. Pray he will find Christian friends he can

“group” with while in the states.

Pray for Tom and Cindi as they fulfill speaking opportunities and attend mission conferences.

Pray for opportunities to develop new relationships with churches who will commit to pray for our family and the work in Lesotho.

Pray for good health while in the states and times to visit and reconnect with family and friends.

Pray for Southern Baptists to respond generously and consistently with prayer and giving so that work among
