Pray for the Basotho

Dear Prayer Partners,

      This Sunday, September 23, is the first day of the virtual prayer walk for the Basotho people group in the Lowlands of Lesotho.  Please join the Melvin family and many others from around the world as we Fall on Our Knees for the Basotho.  God’s Word reminds us that in  

II Chronicles 7:14-15, and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land. (NASB)  At that point God has our attention but then He says in verse 15, “Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to the prayer offered in this place. (NASB)    Wow!  Just imagine, God’s humble servants praying, seeking His Holy face, in repentance, hearing from heaven, being forgiven and the land and all that is in it will be healed.  God’s eyes and ears will be open and He will be paying special attention to those prayers.
